In the summer of 2025, the Arcadia Cultural Triennial took place in Friesland. The success of Leeuwarden as Capital of Culture in 2018, has continued with a triennial, a 100-day Arcadia festival spread across the province, featuring contributions from municipalities, residents, institutions, and artists. For Arcadia 2025, the Vlechtmuseum Noordwolde invited me to develop a new work based on local weaving history and the weaving craft.
This work was part of the "Bouwurk" project, from June 15 until 30 August 2025.
